Prior to moving to the United States from Canada, Julie was responsible for over $500M in private loans held by a private equity lender. She brings more than 20 years of finance, securities & real estate investment experience, including supervision of investments of a syndicated real estate investment loan portfolio. Post-secondary education includes Business administration (accounting & finance), Langara University, (Vancouver, Canada), Business Admin, (management, General Management at Northwest Nazarene University (Nampa, Id). As a Canadian Julie can assist her fellow Canadians in navigating their US real estate transactions which is quite different than those they have undertaken at home.
