An online estimate is a starting point
The tool above pulls public records and recent sales to estimate a value for your address. It works best in subdivisions where similar homes sell often. It is less reliable for waterfront property on St. Andrews Bay, North Bay or Grand Lagoon, for Gulf-front condos where floor, view and building matter, and for older homes that have been renovated, because it cannot see any of that.
